As indicated, all orders placed on our site are delivered via the purchasers email address. That's why we emphasize that you give us a working email address during checkout via which your order will be sent to permit you easily download it and study as it is or have it printed out. 

After placing your order we are notified of your order and so will proceed to verify which of the materials you are interested in and after payment is confirmed, we shall proceed to email your materials to the email you provided to us during checkout or to the PayPal email address used in making the payment. 

We advise that you check back your Gmail inbox few minutes or hours after placing your Order to confirm if you have received your materials or not. If you can't find your order, we advise that you proceed to fill out the contact form on our website indicating you placed an order and didn't received. It will immediately be resent and you confirm receipt of it.
